Fully Equipped Food Production Departments

  • Basic Training Kitchen: The Basic Training Kitchen for imparting training to beginners with an objective to introduce them the fundamentals, the art of cooking and  the cooking skills.
  • Quantity Food Kitchen: The Quantity Kitchen is designed to produce food in quantity with an objective of training the students for institutional and industrial catering.
  • Advance Training Kitchen: A most modern well equipped kitchen to impart training on  international Cuisines and to excel in the art of cooking and presentation
  • Bakery& Confectionary: A modern bakery and confectionary to train students in the field of baking and confectionery of international standards.
  • Larder & Cold Room: The Larder and Cold Room section is equipped to train the students  in the area of frozen  meat and cold cut preparations. This section imparts training in the art of sausages preparation, cold salads, galantine, pate and terrines. The cold room section is an indispensable part of an international kitchen.

  • Training Restaurant: The Institute has got two elegant, spacious restaurants with well equipped  pantry   and seating capacity of 80 covers each. The students are trained in the art of serving food and beverages with elegance.
  • Lounge area
  • Mock Bar: The students are trained in the sophisticated art of bar tendering and  preparing Cocktails and Mocktails of international standards.
  • Cafeteria Cum Dining Hall: The Institute has got dining hall facility to cater 200 students.  It has modern Bain-marie, & Dish washing facility.

Fully Equipped Front Office Department

  • Front Office: The front office lab is  designed in the form of a hotel Reception and Lobby to give practical exposure of working in the front office department of a five star hotel. The lab is also equipped with the Fidelio System which is used in top category hotels.
  • Computer Lab: The computer lab has 40 most updated computers for imparting the computer knowledge
  • Conference Hall: The Institute has got one elegant, spacious conference   hall  with  seating capacity of  200 persons. The  hall is well equipped with  latest  audio &  visual  systems

Fully Equipped Housekeeping Department

  • Housekeeping: The housekeeping department has a well-equipped lab, The model guest rooms of the standards of five star hotel rooms are available to give the students practical exposure in housekeeping.
  • Guest rooms: Two Guest rooms  with  star category facilities and attached  washrooms
  • Laundry: Institute has a laundry with modern laundry equipment to train the students in the operations of Laundry in a hotel..
  • Library: The instate library has number of books, journals and periodicals for the students and faculty for continuous referring & updating their knowledge.
